Errors " Flow is NOT connected to any process"

I am preparing a STAN diagram for solid waste management (please see attached figure) of a city. For the same, I am modifying a file downloaded from stan2web.net.
When I try to calculate the MFA system, then it gives me errors saying "flow is not connected to any process." The flows, seemingly not connected, are indicated by red circle in the attached figure.
As shown in the figure, I think these are already connected. I also tried to move the anchor points of these flow to the waste dump process but the anchor points did not move.
Please help me in doing away with the error.

Unfortunately, it is not clear where these errors come from. But, detaching the flows from the processes and reconnecting them again afterwards often solves this problem.
