Hello, I have just downloaded this software in order to conduct an MFA for a the city of Fort Collins Colorado (pop 150,000). I am still narrowing down the scope of the project but I have narrowed it down to two different options.
1. Focus on a single material at a city wide scope. This could be food, construction and demolition, paper, glass, or road construction (due to the easily accessible city data) as the most likely candidates.
2. Investigate a more holistic material flow analysis at a smaller boundary/system level. This could include a district, a cluster of businesses, the local university, etc.
I have about 4 months to complete this project and I am really the one on the project. Basically, it seems that data acquisition will be the hardest part so if anyone has any experience in this type of MFA I would really appreciate any advice.
