Sorry for the delayed answer. Was busy!

A few remarks to your model:
(1) If you have subsystems that contain processes with stocks the sum of these masses in stock and the mass changes of stock will be displayed in the subsystem symbol. The sum of volumes does not make sense and will not be displayed because volumes are compressible (i.e. when looking on gases there is now law of volume conservation!). If this was possible with one of our previous versions then it was not intended.
(2) If you change Lambda 1 and Lambda 2 to 10 in the settings of the calculation method Kelly 2011 you get uncertainies very close to the ones in your picture. The fact that you have to change the settings is somehow connected to the fact that the model is not solvable with Cencic 2012. We are working on finding out what causes the problem. But so far we cannot offer a solution.
(3) The 4 processes on the right hand side are not high enough to display stock and change in stock (when looking on masses).
